“Mountains connect us” – additional trips added!

Mountains are for everyone!

We’ve organized 10 mountain trips so far: 5 for residents of Social Welfare Homes and 5 for families with children with physical disabilities. We were in the Owl Mountains, Izera Mountains and Rudawa Janowickie.

78 disabled people took part in the project, accompanied by a total of 45 family members or care takers. Together with them, 29 irreplaceable volunteers and volunteers took part in the trips and worked a total ammount of 364 hours. On mountain trails we walked for over 120 kilometres and ate about 90 kilograms of apples!

We are happy to inform you that our mountain adventure does not end with the summer….

As part of the “Help is Power – Social Responsibility of PZU Group” social campaign, we received a grant to offer additional trips for both private families and Social Welfare Homes.

Trips with private families will take place at the Piece in Rudawy Janowickie on the following dates: August 31th, September 15th and September 22th.

Two additional dates will be added to the list of trips organized for the benificiaries of the SWH: 13th and 20th of September.
